  • DUI’s
  • Violations of Probation
  • Driving on a Suspended License
  • Domestic Violence
  • Warrants
  • Felonies
  • Misdemeanors

We understand that unfortunate things happen to good people.  Whether your loved is on vacation at our beautiful beach or attending Flagler College and beginning an independent life, an arrest can hurt everyone involved.  We are here for you.  When your friend or loved one is arrested, call us immediately to get the paperwork started so we can get them out of jail as soon as possible.  It can all be completed electronically to further expedite the bail process!

How We Post Bail

A person who is charged with a crime is assigned a bond amount by the judge at first appearance.  This is the amount of money it will take for the defendant to be released from jail.  You may have trouble coming up with that amount of money.  That is when we step in!  We collect only 10% of the bond amount, and then we post the entire bond amount at the jail.  This sets the defendant free, and he or she may now begin the true process of regaining control of legal matters.

What We Need from You

When your loved one is arrested, call us and have the following information ready:

  • The Defendant’s Name
  • The Defendant’s Date of Birth
  • The Charge
  • The Arrest Date
  • Any Other Previous Criminal History

We will also need some personal information from you including your name, birth date, and occupation.  Once we have this information, we will collect the 10% fee using a personal check, credit card, or paypal, and then we will post the bond.

What Happens Once Your Loved One is Released From Jail

Once we have your loved one out of jail, he or she will want to contact us so we can get some final paperwork completed.  We will need to know where the defendant will be residing throughout the court hearings, the defendant’s occupation, and other important information.  The defendant is responsible for attending all of the court dates throughout the legal matter.  Once all of the court dates have been completed, we simply close the bond, and any collateral will be returned to you.

We are a family owned and operated agency, and we want to help your family heal from this unfortunate situation.  We boast an extremely professional reputation, and provide the fastest way to get your loved one out of jail.
