bail bonds in Bay County

Lic #: P195518

We are here when you need us—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We all know that sometimes bad things happen to good people.  Just because a person is arrested, it doesn’t mean he or she is a bad person.  At our office, we understand that everyday people make mistakes.  We also understand that people are arrested by no fault of their own, but rather find themselves in the wrong place at the right time.  We offer the quickest, most reliable bail bond service in Bay County, and we pride ourselves on our established reputation.

What is Bail and How Does it Work?

We realize that most individuals do not have very much experience when it is time to bail a loved one out of jail.  If someone is arrested while vacationing in Panama City Beach or just driving home from a friend’s gathering, it is often a 1st arrest for that individual.  Parents and spouses are left scrambling to try to get their loved one out of jail as soon as possible.  That is when we come in.  Bail works the following way:

  • A Judge issues a bond amount—usually too expensive for the average American family to pay.
  • The family contacts our office.  All required information can be completed electronically from the comfort of your own home.
  • We post the full bond amount for a 10% fee.
  • Your loved one is released from jail within hours.
  • The defendant  attends all court dates, and the bond closes.

When Do I Call?

We recommend you call our office as soon as possible.  We will not know the bond amount until the defendant meets with the judge, but at least we can get the process rolling so we can post as soon as possible.   We need the following information from you:  Defendant’s Name; Defendant’s Birth Date; Date of Arrest; Any Previous Arrests.

We also need to take personal information from you, the signer of the bond.  We then charge 10% using a variety of payment methods, including personal check, all major credit cards, and pay-pal.

What about Collateral?

If a defendant “skips town” and neglects to complete all court dates, our Bay County bail bonds is responsible for the full amount of the bond.  Therefore, when you complete the paperwork, you will also need to complete a promissory note.  This is collateral which assures us that the defendant will attend court.  Once the court dates are completed, the bond closes and all collateral is returned.  In the extremely rare occasion that the defendant runs, you, as the signer, would be responsible for the full bail amount.

We have been helping the people of Bay County get released from jail for over 25 years.  Let us help you through this difficult process.  You will not be disappointed in our service and professionalism.
